Pathways 10K Training

Pathways is our 10K Training Group. Spring Pathways starts March 5th and is a 12 week training program for the River Run 10K in June, 2016. 

Pathways is a coached group training program with two tracks, a running group and a run/walk interval group.

Tuesday February 23rd - West Store 6pm 

Saturday February 27th - West Store 2pm

Tuesday March 1st - East Store 6pm
