Half and Full Marathon

2019 PRAIRIE FIRE HALF AND SPRING FULL MARATHON TRAINING STARTS MARCH 23 REGISTER ONLINE HERE

 

 

Training Starts March 23

Fleet Feet Running Club Fall Half and Full Marathon training starts Saturday March 23rd at the parking lot across for Mid-America All-Indian Center at 7:30am. Join us to train to run or walk the Prairie Fire Half or a Spring Full Marathon. The cost of this 6 week program is $50 and will include a uniquely made schedule, training runs throughout the week led by individual coaches, store coupons, topical clinics, physical therapy screenings, and much more. Fleet Feet Half Marathon training meets on Saturdays (locations vary between our two stores) at 7:30am, Tuesdays at 6:30pm at the Friends University Track, and Thursdays at 6/7pm (locations vary). To join this training program, it will be assumed that you have a significant mile base to begin with because of the shortened training time.

Program Format

Half and Full Marathon = 6 week training program

Separate coached groups based on pace

Spring Prairie Fire Half Marathon on May 5, 2019

Full Spring Marathon of your choosing (please email karlee.martinez@fleetfeet.com to inform which marathon)

Program designed for all fitness levels, but this particular training assumes you have been training and have a mileage base.

Description: This is a 6 week program for those wanting to train for the Prairie Fire Half Marathon or any other late Spring Half OR Full Marathon. It is a great way to prep and be ready right before any of these races, and is intended for runners and walkers who have a foundation of training already.
