Summer 10K Training starts April 28, 2018
This coached group program is for intermediate level runners and walkers who have completed a 5K before and who want to train for a 10K event. This 15 week program starts on April 27 and trains for The Big Run 5K on June 6th, and the Titan 10K on August 10th.
3 Weekly Workouts: Mondays at our East Store (6pm), Wednesday at our West Store (6pm), and Saturdays at 7:30am (location varies).

Early Bird Registration is $75 and includes a Fleet Feet Running Club training t-shirt
Note Goal Race Registration is separate to training registration fee.

Wednesday April 25, West Store 6:30pm
