This coached group program is for intermediate level runners who have completed a 5K before and who want to train for a 10K event. This 10 week program starts on August 19 and its goal race is the Air Capital Quarter Marathon Run (6.55miles) on October 29th.
3 Weekly Workouts: Mondays at our East Store (6pm), Wednesday at our West Store (6pm), and Saturdays at 7:30am (location varies).

Registration is $75 and includes training t-shirt
Note Goal Race Registration is separate to Pathways registration fee.
